  • Minimum 2 years in direct Support or customer-facing processes/tools.
  • Experience with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations.
  • Software development exposure in JS/Java/Ruby/.NET/Python/Swift.
  • Understanding of how web and mobile apps are built and work.
  • Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
