- Collaborate with a 20+ person Customer Success Engineering team
- Contract length: 6-8 months; hybrid office/remote in Chicago

- Technical predisposition and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Strong user empathy and relationship-building
- Excellent organization and prioritization
- Experience in customer-facing technical SaaS support (nice to have)
- Degree or equivalent (nice to have)
