- VCL, Python, Ruby/Go, JavaScript, Rust; entry–mid level.
- UI & API literacy; use SaaS panels and RESTful APIs via CLI.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills with customers.
- Triage skills; knowledge of network telemetry and diagnostics tools.
- Networking exposure: BGP, internet routing, transit vs peering.
- BA/BS in engineering or CS preferred.
