🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Strong customer advocacy via email and video/screen share.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • API troubleshooting: making API requests.
  • Interpreting responses and standard error codes.
  • SQL/NoSQL databases; data warehouse infra Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift.
