📋 Description

  • Provide virtual technical support to Fivetran customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using logs and tools.
  • Work with Fivetran’s Dev team to identify and resolve bugs.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on Fivetran API Connectors.
  • Document known solutions in the knowledge base and share across the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong customer advocacy via email and on video calls
  • Troubleshoot APIs: make requests, read responses, docs
  • Basic networking (TCP/IP) and GitHub/PRs
  • SQL and NoSQL databases experience
  • Data warehouse infrastructure knowledge: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
