🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
  • 2+ years in production/technical/support.
  • Experience with Kibana, Elasticsearch, MySQL, MongoDB, REST API, RabbitMQ.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills; customer-focused.
  • Available 24x7 for Sev1/Sev2 issues; flexible for SLA coverage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; team player.
