📋 Description

  • Resolve Zendesk tickets from ABBYY customers via web portal or remote session.
  • Troubleshoot issues by diagnosing root cause and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with Support, Development, DevOps, and QA to resolve issues.
  • Create knowledge base articles to help customers and colleagues.
  • Work in the office or from home.
  • Communicate effectively in Business English.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer care or similar.
  • IT skills: Windows/macOS/iOS; LAN (TCP/IP); CMD.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot software problems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced English skills.
