- Own and manage customer-reported issues within SLAs.

π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent)
- 3+ years in fast-paced technical support or related engineering role
- Strong troubleshooting with a customer-centric mindset
- Hands-on with Kibana, Elasticsearch, MySQL, MongoDB, REST APIs/OpenAPI, RabbitMQ, Python scripting
- Ability to work independently and own issues end-to-end
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call rotations
