  • Own and manage customer-reported issues within SLAs.
  • Perform root-cause analysis with engineering to resolve issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve product and third-party integration issues.
  • Investigate, document, and escalate complex or systemic issues.
  • Provide on-call coverage for Sev 1/2 incidents, 8am-8pm CT (rotating).
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and SRE to improve problems.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years in fast-paced technical support or related engineering role
  • Strong troubleshooting with a customer-centric mindset
  • Hands-on with Kibana, Elasticsearch, MySQL, MongoDB, REST APIs/OpenAPI, RabbitMQ, Python scripting
  • Ability to work independently and own issues end-to-end
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call rotations
