🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or billing with a US-based company
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheets; Salesforce/Excel a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Written and verbal English fluency
  • Experience working US-based hours (PHL night shift)
  • Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ET
