- 3+ years in customer-facing operational roles
- Finance/fintech, investor relations or VC ops experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to triage and route issues to Product/Ops/Compliance
- Experience with AI/automation tools
- Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment
