  • Support diverse investors and improve customer experience

  • 3+ years in customer-facing operational roles
  • Finance/fintech, investor relations or VC ops experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to triage and route issues to Product/Ops/Compliance
  • Experience with AI/automation tools
  • Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment
