  • Shift coverage 08:00โ€“19:00 GMT, including weekends and evenings
  • Collaborate across bloomon and Bloom & Wild brands

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, organized and able to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
