📋 Description

  • Ensure accuracy when communicating policy status and agent compensation to agents
  • Become proficient with systems handling consumer policy data and partner agent data
  • Understand and explain complex agent payments and contract details
  • Provide service via email, live chat, SMS, and phone to partner agents
  • Build knowledge of Ethos products to support customers/agents and assist account managers
  • Identify customer/agent needs and process requests within defined service levels

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in customer support, customer success, operations, or related role
  • Life insurance experience a plus, but not required
  • Very detail oriented, especially with agent compensation and contract details
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Salesforce or equivalent support/help desk software preferred, but not required
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and drive to solve problems
