📋 Description

  • Be first-line support for customer interactions in person, phone, and email
  • Complete driver onboarding (pricing, contract execution, vehicle matching)
  • Use rideshare industry knowledge to provide best-in-class support
  • Manage driver accounts
  • Schedule vehicle service, bodywork, and inspections
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager

🎯 Requirements

  • Customer service experience with strong communication skills
  • Passion for helping customers and talking to people
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Patience and willingness to assist customers at any time
  • Availability Monday–Friday with rotating weekends/holidays
  • Spanish proficiency a plus
