- Manage driver accounts

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager
🎯 Requirements
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Passion for helping customers and talking to people
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Patience and willingness to assist customers at any time
- Availability Monday–Friday with rotating weekends/holidays
- Spanish proficiency a plus
