  • Handle incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers per SLAs.
  • Input information into Enterprise Case Management (ECM) accurately and update records.
  • Provide transaction monitoring and a dedicated point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Update cases and clients regularly per SLAs.
  • Act as conduit between Sales, Client and Operations.
  • Deliver professional email communications within SLAs.

  • Experience in a client-facing role with professional telephone manner.
  • Experience in a high-volume service delivery environment (desirable).
  • Experience in Financial Services (desirable).
  • Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle objections and complaints.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail and self-motivation.
