  • Handle calls and emails from internal/external customers per SLAs.
  • Input accurate data into SFDC and update actions for each client.
  • Provide transaction monitoring and client reporting per guidelines.
  • Update cases regularly; serve as conduit between Sales, Client, Ops.
  • Ensure calls meet SLAs and timely callbacks; assist with inquiries.
  • Draft professional emails within SLA requirements.

  • Experience in a client-facing role with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in high-volume service delivery (desirable).
  • Experience in Financial Services (desirable).
  • Ability to navigate data entry systems; MS Office.
  • Ability to handle objections and complaints.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail and self-motivation.
