  • Running daily controls to ensure smooth processing and interdepartmental coordination.

  • Experience in a busy client-facing team within financial services.
  • Passion for customer service and ability to embed it in team culture.
  • Excellent communication and listening; able to network and build relationships.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and not afraid to speak up when something looks wrong.
  • Experience using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet.
