📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer support, admin, or dispatching.
  • Fluent English with neutral accent; strong verbal and written skills.
  • Experience in Home Service industries (HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping, Pool).
  • Proficiency with CRM/Scheduling software and G-Suite; Skimmer a plus.
  • Ability to think on your feet when schedules change or customers are frustrated.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
