Support revenue cycle with invoicing and cash application
Review credit applications and assess financial risk
Offer payment plans to collect on open invoices
Work with DNB for credit collections
Enter customer payments into ERP (electronic and paper)
Retrieve payments from electronic platforms and process physical payments as needed

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years AR experience
Proficiency in Excel; pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Aptean Ross)
Experience reconciling customer portals and managing deductions
Strong customer service orientation and communication
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
