๐ฏ Requirements
- Proven SaaS Enablement or Customer Success Experience.
- Minimum 2 years in onboarding, training, enablement, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- Fluent in French & English with strong communication.
- Diagnose training needs quickly; design targeted interventions; manage multiple engagements.
- Partner with Account Managers to translate goals into structured training.
- Build scalable learning assets and map Cognism to customer workflows.
