  • Proven SaaS Enablement or Customer Success Experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in onboarding, training, enablement, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
  • Fluent in French & English with strong communication.
  • Diagnose training needs quickly; design targeted interventions; manage multiple engagements.
  • Partner with Account Managers to translate goals into structured training.
  • Build scalable learning assets and map Cognism to customer workflows.
