Customer Success Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Champion the customer within Confluent; be the technical voice to cross-functional teams.
• Identify objections and devise strategies to remove blockers to adoption.
• Support customers via architecture planning, security design, monitoring, and upgrades.
• Guide customers on data streaming maturity: data mesh, stream processing, optimization.
• Present periodic reviews on technical health and operational performance.
• Document knowledge for customers and internal teams to enable self-sufficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or quantitative field.
• Proven success in a technical field role for a SaaS company with enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Linux experience (RedHat and Debian) and JVM tuning/troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go; ability to prototype code for client solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
