  • Onboarding: partner with Sales to transition to Customer Success
  • Set Go-live KPIs and success criteria with customers
  • Align Product/Onboarding/Services to Go-live success
  • Ensure quick onboarding with the Onboarding team
  • Drive adoption and value via QBRs and workshops
  • Demo the product and coach customers to outcomes

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience in CS/solutioning/PM with a technical background
  • Enterprise accounts experience in NA/Europe
  • Strong advocacy/escalation skills with ability to influence
  • Knowledge of Network, PKI, Automation, Security concepts
  • Willingness to learn and teach the product to customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
