  • Identify region-specific requirements and manage customer experience plan.
  • Assist Legal to ensure regulatory compliance for markets.
  • Coordinate efforts among sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and more.
  • Monitor country launch schedule; act as primary CS contact.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure scalable future state.
  • Own growth initiatives for regions with Starlink Business Ops.
  • Update leadership on project status; lead multiple projects.
  • Create and maintain process docs and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in customer ops/operations.
  • 2+ years of PM or process-improvement experience.
  • Excel and SQL for data analysis; dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
  • 1+ year experience abroad or with ops outside the US.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to define and manage complex operational projects; assess risks.
  • Process mapping with MS Visio.
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with business cases, value assessments, pilots or A/B tests.
  • Bilingual written/verbal business communication.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%.
  • Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • ITAR requirements: US export compliance eligibility.
