- 1+ year experience abroad or with ops outside the US.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to define and manage complex operational projects; assess risks.
- Process mapping with MS Visio.
- Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with business cases, value assessments, pilots or A/B tests.
- Bilingual written/verbal business communication.
- Willing to travel up to 50%.
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- ITAR requirements: US export compliance eligibility.
