  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management
  • Native in Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Hospitality industry experience is highly valued
  • Experience with hospitality software is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with data analysis and tech tools
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and autonomous
