- 2 to 3 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management
- Native in Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
- Hospitality industry experience is highly valued
- Experience with hospitality software is a strong plus
- Comfortable with data analysis and tech tools
- Customer-focused, proactive, and autonomous
