๐ฏ Requirements
- Passion for ensuring a positive customer experience via email, chat, phone, and video calls
- Experience working cross-functional within a customer-facing organization
- Effectively communicate via oral and written formats; Excel skills are a strong plus
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic troubleshooting
- Availability to work 11:00pm - 8:00am CT (Sun-Thurs)
