  • Consult with Limble CMMS customers to provide training, education, troubleshooting, and resolution
  • Bug reporting and tracking
  • Recommend best practice use cases based on customer needs
  • Remain up to date on Limble CMMS features to drive best practice usage
  • Proactively escalate at-risk customers
  • Collaborate across departments to support customer success

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Passion for ensuring a positive customer experience via email, chat, phone, and video calls
  • Experience working cross-functional within a customer-facing organization
  • Effectively communicate via oral and written formats; Excel skills are a strong plus
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic troubleshooting
  • Availability to work 11:00pm - 8:00am CT (Sun-Thurs)
