- 1+ to 3 years in customer-facing roles (CS, contact center, or B2B collections).
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments; 20+ cases/day via phone and email.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes: billing inquiries, past-due, basic reconciliation.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking; follow established processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented; able to meet deadlines and SLAs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal partners.
- macOS proficient; experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Service Cloud, NetSuite.
- Ability to work remotely from Mexico.
