  • Manage a global customer portfolio: billing, receivables, inquiries.
  • Primary contact for billing questions, renewals, cancellations, and account concerns.
  • Perform collections for timely payments with a customer-first approach.
  • Resolve issues and escalations; partner cross-functionally for timely resolution.
  • Prioritize a dynamic work queue; balance backlog and requests.
  • Deliver high-quality CX from inquiry to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ to 3 years in customer-facing roles (CS, contact center, or B2B collections).
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments; 20+ cases/day via phone and email.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes: billing inquiries, past-due, basic reconciliation.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking; follow established processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented; able to meet deadlines and SLAs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal partners.
  • macOS proficient; experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Service Cloud, NetSuite.
  • Ability to work remotely from Mexico.
