- Lead trainings, product walkthroughs, and enablement sessions via video/phone
- Become a product SME and apply Allwork workflows to daily operations
- Support requests via Zendesk, following processes and escalate when needed
- Assist with account setup and ongoing configuration (brand, locations, territory)
π― Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role
- Experience in SaaS or tech-enabled environment
- Familiarity with Zendesk and/or HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Experience onboarding customers and delivering live training
- Strong communication across email, phone, and video; customer-first
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (filters, data organization) and basic decks/docs
