  • Manage a portfolio of smaller customers, onboarding and ongoing platform use
  • Lead trainings, product walkthroughs, and enablement sessions via video/phone
  • Become a product SME and apply Allwork workflows to daily operations
  • Support requests via Zendesk, following processes and escalate when needed
  • Assist with account setup and ongoing configuration (brand, locations, territory)

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role
  • Experience in SaaS or tech-enabled environment
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and/or HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Experience onboarding customers and delivering live training
  • Strong communication across email, phone, and video; customer-first
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (filters, data organization) and basic decks/docs
