📋 Description

  • Serve as primary contact for enterprise customers
  • Manage day-to-day shipment operations for enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Ops, and leadership
  • Own weekly account data metrics and key SLAs
  • Identify and implement new products, processes, and initiatives
  • Build, document, and champion processes for offshore support

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of transportation/logistics
  • Strong customer support and satisfaction experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems analytically
  • Comfort in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities
