🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business/admin/marketing/communications preferred
- 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or customer-facing role
- Experience with CRM systems, Zendesk and/or HubSpot preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude
