Identify and drive process optimizations to boost efficiency.
Engage cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support as CS representative.
Report health and progress of initiatives; keep stakeholders informed.
Proactively communicate updates on initiative health and progress.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in project management roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Data analysis to drive decisions.
Able to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
Organized approach to complex initiatives.
Experience coordinating engagements; familiar with SDLC tooling; Bachelor's degree.
