📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or SaaS account management.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience driving product adoption and platform usage.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
