๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience, enterprise level.
- Proven program/project management skills; ability to juggle requests and priorities.
- Strong contract/account research background and ability to distill insights for CSMs.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience cross-functional with Product, Sales, Success Ops, Enablement; Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, Quip preferred.
