  • Act as critical support to CSMs, ensuring tools/information for accounts.
  • Own cross-functional programs, onboarding, adoption, and contract research.
  • Lead issue escalation, RMAs, warranty programs, and data-driven insights.
  • Produce status reports, QBR metrics, and keep stakeholders aligned (VoC).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience, enterprise level.
  • Proven program/project management skills; ability to juggle requests and priorities.
  • Strong contract/account research background and ability to distill insights for CSMs.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience cross-functional with Product, Sales, Success Ops, Enablement; Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, Quip preferred.
