📋 Description

  • Partner with clients to achieve digital training goals on the 360Learning platform.
  • Audit platform usage to identify opportunities and benchmarks.
  • Ensure renewals by delivering outcomes and coordinating resources.

  • Build trusted client relationships with key sponsors.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role
  • HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS experience
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of customer success KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
