  • Manage day-to-day operations for strategic SEA publisher accounts.
  • Identify upsell and optimization opportunities with CS Managers.
  • Proactively optimise accounts to increase yield and monetisation.
  • Generate and interpret performance reports for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering on implementations.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution of technical integrations and implementations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media operations.
  • Strong knowledge of GAM ad serving, header bidding, RTB/PMP, ORTB, OTT/CTV.
  • Hands-on inventory management, monetisation, and ad trafficking (GAM).
  • Experience analysing complex datasets to identify trends and resolve issues.
  • Understanding auction mechanics in programmatic ecosystems; debugging tools (Fiddler, Firebug).
  • Fluent in English; able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
