🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in CS Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar.
  • Experience with post-sale teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience identifying problems, structuring requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills using Salesforce data.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (Plat-Admn-201) β€” Required.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud, reports, dashboards, and Flows.
