  • Salesforce; BI tools (Looker/Omni); CS tools (Vitally/Gainsight).
  • Strong post-sales analytics: retention, churn, expansions.
  • Experience owning NPS and customer feedback programs.
  • CS tooling integration and enablement.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and drive efficiency.
