- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, enablement, PM, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Customer Success and Sales processes and day-to-day ops.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Highly organized with strong process-building and project-management skills.
- Comfortable driving change and influencing cross-functional partners.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
