πŸ“‹ Description

  • Design clear, actionable operational playbooks for growth across the customer lifecycle.
  • Define and operationalize funnel tracking in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Translate growth strategy into concrete workflows for CSMs and Team Leads.
  • Design and roll out growth motions (CTAs, workflows) to scale.
  • Partner with CSMs and Team Leads to embed playbooks in CS routines.
  • Identify execution gaps and optimize CS processes and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, enablement, PM, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success and Sales processes and day-to-day ops.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Highly organized with strong process-building and project-management skills.
  • Comfortable driving change and influencing cross-functional partners.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
