Customer Success Operations Lead

📋 Description

\n
• Design and scale the CS operating infrastructure with Planhat, Snowflake, Salesforce, and BI
\n
• Design data-driven CS campaigns in Planhat using customer data and lifecycle signals
\n
• Use product telemetry to build signals for lifecycle workflows, engagement, and expansion
\n
• Build and maintain customer data pipelines across telemetry, CRM, and CS tools
\n
• Develop dashboards and analytics in Sigma to monitor adoption and lifecycle progress
\n
• Create Planhat workflows and automation guiding CS actions across lifecycle stages
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Ops, or Data Ops in SaaS
\n
• Experience designing/scaling a CS operating system or GTM infra
\n
• Hands-on experience administering and building Planhat workflows
\n
• Strong technical experience with Snowflake, Sigma/Looker, and CS platforms
\n
• SQL and data modeling with multiple data source integrations
\n
• Experience with data integrations and APIs between systems and analytics
\n
