  • Document and share knowledge; maintain FAQs and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s student in business, operations, management or similar.
  • Strong interest in data, tools, and operational processes.
  • Curious mindset with a focus on root causes.
  • Structured and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication; translate issues for CS teams.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European language a plus.
  • Interview process conducted in French.
