  • Coordinate communication with customer contact roles from initiation to implementation in Five9 System.
  • Internal CS coordination to support off-hours/maintenance activities.
  • Help maintain accuracy of customer lists to support CS maintenance and communications.
  • Send communications to customers about service or outage alerts.
  • Disseminate communications to internal groups about service or outage alerts.
  • Draft RCA and track project progress.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent technical skills; knowledge of process-related standards; analytical with interpersonal skills.
  • Call center experience; Jira or change management tools.
  • Willing to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize work to deliver quality results on time.
  • Familiar with internal CS tools: SAT Tool, SFDC, MS Office, Five9.
