  • Process-driven; thrives in high-velocity work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; APAC aware.
  • Tech-savvy; familiar with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira.
  • Detail-oriented; proactive follow-up.
  • Hospitality systems (OPERA, roomMaster) a plus.
