  • 3+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation (B2B SaaS)
  • Hands-on HubSpot: workflows, sequences, properties, CRM hygiene
  • Strong process design for scalable customer journeys
  • Experience with CS platforms (Velaris, Gainsight, ChurnZero) or quick learner
  • Analytical mindset with dashboards and data-driven decisions
  • Strong written English for customer emails and internal docs
