📋 Description

  • Partner with CS leadership to design onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
  • Own CS data infra (Salesforce-centric) with clean, actionable data
  • Define, measure, and report on customer value, usage, and health scoring
  • Build dashboards and insights for retention and churn risk
  • Operationalize usage tracking by user persona to boost engagement
  • Align with Sales/Product/Finance on expansion and renewal motions

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-10+ years in Revenue Ops, CS Ops, Sales Ops, or related role
  • Deep Salesforce experience: reporting, dashboards, data models
  • Strong analytical mindset; turn data into clear insights
  • Proven track record defining and tracking health, adoption, retention
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Finance, Eng
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven; manage multiple initiatives
