  • 1-2 years in Customer Success, onboarding or related roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; explain tech simply.
  • Customer-centric mindset with passion for positive experiences.
  • Able to follow structured processes and playbooks; adapt to needs.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) is a plus.
