  • 1-2 years in Customer Success or onboarding, familiar with B2B SaaS/IoT.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Follow structured playbooks and adapt to customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gainsight) is a plus.
