- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, or tech products is a plus.
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to follow structured playbooks and manage multiple onboarding engagements.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) is a plus.
