  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 1-2 years in Customer Success, onboarding, or related role.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, or tech products is a plus.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to follow structured playbooks and manage multiple onboarding engagements.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) is a plus.
