  • Onboard SMB customers during their first 60 days; ensure successful implementation.
  • Deliver product training and enablement to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Run onboarding calls and workshops for setup and initial use cases.

  • Build relationships and monitor onboarding progress and health.
  • Collaborate with Support/Product/CS to resolve issues.

  • Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and Polish.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
  • 1-2 years in Customer Success, onboarding, or related role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, or technology products is a plus.
  • Organized with documentation habits; able to manage multiple engagements.
