  • Onboard SMB customers, guide setup and initial use cases.
  • Deliver onboarding calls and trainings to accelerate value.
  • Create onboarding plans with clear success criteria.
  • Build relationships with customer contacts during onboarding.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and flag risks to senior CSMs.
  • Document objectives and track progress in CRM.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • English and German fluency (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
  • 1-2 years in Customer Success or onboarding (or similar).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; explain tech to non-technical users.
  • Ability to follow playbooks and adapt to customer needs.
  • CRM/ticketing experience (Salesforce, Gainsight, Salesloft) a plus.
