๐ฏ Requirements
- English and German fluency (verbal and written).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
- 1-2 years in Customer Success or onboarding (or similar).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; explain tech to non-technical users.
- Ability to follow playbooks and adapt to customer needs.
- CRM/ticketing experience (Salesforce, Gainsight, Salesloft) a plus.
