  • Identify key customer champions and ensure long-term health of accounts
  • Guide customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and growth
  • Establish rapport with assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with post-sales, AEs, PM, Sales, and leadership to ensure success
  • Identify and call out account risks
  • Travel on-site to key customers as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success/Account Management
  • Based on East Coast, willing to work EST hours
  • Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, and SaaS CS tools (Catalyst.io, Pendo, Looker)
  • Previous SaaS experience required
  • Clear communication and mode selection (email, phone, messaging)
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
