- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous organization.
- Solid cybersecurity or third-party risk management knowledge; cyber insurance a plus; strong technical aptitude.
- Proven success expanding relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading strategic account planning, QBRs, upsell/cross-sell, renewals.
