  • Be the client advocate and product specialist for assigned customers.
  • Develop scalable methods for communicating best practices to customers.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and escalate as needed.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to anticipate customer needs and strengthen engagement.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work with professional services, technical support, and regional sales teams to onboard new customers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in a similar CS/Support role
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Comfortable with complex, multi-divisional clients, ideally at director level
  • Understand high-level product tech and provide business/technical solutions
  • Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
